I have always loved folklore, fantasy, and mythology. Ever since the first time I saw a Green Man at a Renaissance Festival as a kid, I have been a big fan of him.
This artwork represents life, death, rebirth, and growth. This was a perfect piece to get back into the swing of traditional oil painting after taking a break from the medium for several years.
